The impressive Q3 is offered in two trim levels and with two powertrains. The 40 TFSI system is a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbo unit that generates 184 horsepower. The 45 TFSI system is a fine-tuned version of the four-cylinder engine, producing 228 horsepower. These engines come with Quattro all-wheel drive and an eight-speed auto transmission. The 2024 Q5 has these same powertrains and standard all-wheel drive. However, the engines have a seven-speed, dual-clutch auto transmission. The entry-level system provides 201 horsepower, while the more advanced system gives you 261 horsepower.
Appearance
The 2024 Q3 has a captivating style with deep, arched contours on the sides and a rolling profile. The hexagon-like grille shows a grid-style pattern, while the triangular air inlets have a linear pattern. The slender, matrix-style LED headlights enhance the Q3's contemporary look. The 2024 Q5, on the other hand, is a larger model with a tall yet curved profile and decadent, linear accent lines streaming across the sides. The grille is larger but has the same mesh pattern and shape as the Q3's grille. The black air inlets have an inlaid, metallic feature. The LED headlights are larger and topped with solid accentuation.
Features
While the 2024 Q3 and Q5 have many comparable features, the Q5 is available with a few additional features.
